BBQ Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

  • Promoter: CPH Group, ABN 23 164 006 606, located at 19-22 Success Court, Corio, VIC, 3214

  • Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 12:01 AM on 1 November 2025 until 11:59 PM on 30 November 2025 (AEDT).

  • Eligibility:

    • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over.

    • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • How to Enter:

    • Spend $2,000 or more (including GST) in a single transaction on our online store or with our sales team during the promotion period to receive one (1) automatic entry into the draw.

    • Every qualifying transaction counts as one entry.

  • Prizes:

    • There are two (2) prizes in total.

    • Each prize is one (1) Weber Baby Q Premium BBQ, valued at $399 RRP.

    • Total prize pool value: $798 RRP.

    • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Draw:

    • Winners will be selected at random on 1 December 2025 at the Promoter’s head office.

    • Winners will be notified via phone or email within 3 business days of the draw.

  • If Prize Cannot Be Claimed:

    • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days, the prize may be redrawn.

  • General:

    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

    • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting and using the prize.
