As a true problem solver and a motto of “keep it simple”, Tristan is the captain that steers the CPH ship. His love of embracing and researching new technology helps keep CPH ahead of the game and his enthusiasm for the business really rubs off on the team. Tristan really loves old cars, and his latest project was restoring a classic Ford Capri. When not at home with the family Tristan loves to travel with America being his favourite destination.

Steve joins us as an experienced Integrator, bringing over a decade of leadership as a Company Director and General Manager. His career spans industries such as LED lighting products, grocery distribution, and outdoor kitchens, having worked for Red Arrow Trading, Tech Resolve Global and Grillo Living AU.

Originally from Pretoria, South Africa, Steve moved to England at 26 and now enjoys life in sunny Geelong. He relishes walking along coastal paths, spending time with his family and socializing with friends. As an Integrator, Steve plays a pivotal role in harmonizing our business operations, ensuring that all departments are aligned and working towards our common goals. His strategic mindset and strong leadership skills are essential in driving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and achieving outstanding results. His empathetic, team-oriented, and generous nature makes him a valuable asset to our team.

After dedicating six years to our company, Arne is now leading our specialized Technical Sales team at CPH. Arne prioritizes family time and cherishes moments with loved ones. He finds joy in sports, music, and outdoor adventures, embracing an active lifestyle. For Arne, staying fit is crucial, and he continually seeks new ways to challenge both his body and mind.

Joining the team in 2018, Keith is now the finance division team leader at CPH. When not crunching numbers, Keith loves to let loose at metal music gigs, go to the gym and read books. A lover of travel with New Zealand being a favourite destination, next on the bucket list is Japan.

Liezl brings over a decade of experience as a Digital Project Manager, spanning SaaS, supply chain, logistics, luxury hospitality, and a robust marketing background. Proficient in Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, she excels in guiding high-performance teams to achieve exceptional outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction. Passionate about emotional intelligence and mental health advocacy, Liezl strives to embody resilience and positivity in both personal and professional spheres. Beyond her professional endeavours, she explores her passions as a philomath and nature enthusiast, while also engaging deeply in Web 3.0 during her free time.

Meet Anthony, our seasoned Inventory Controller with a rich background as a Supply Chain Coordinator. Over the past decade, Anthony has made significant contributions to the fasteners, printed circuit board, and fitness equipment industries, working with notable companies such as Bossard Australia, Tripod Technologies, and Johnson Industries.

Originally from Taiwan, Anthony brings a global perspective to our team. He enjoys cooking, traveling, and playing Lego with his son. Anthony is eager to explore bikepacking adventures as his dream travel experience. With his expertise and enthusiasm, Anthony is a valuable addition to our team, dedicated to ensuring seamless inventory management and contributing to our ongoing success.

Tiffany brings over 20 years of recruitment prowess, navigating diverse sectors from junior positions to C-suite roles. Her expertise lies in crafting adaptive and flexible solutions that align seamlessly with business objectives. Having honed her skills in both in-house and agency roles, Tiffany understands the critical synergy between talent and organizational success.

A Northern Beaches, Sydney native, Tiffany's off-duty pursuits include socialising, beach strolls, and soon, mastering aerial yoga. Describing herself as sociable, dependable, and fun, Tiffany infuses energy into our team. Having explored 52 countries, she dreams of an African safari—a testament to her adventurous spirit.

As an integral part of the finance division at CPH, Hansi always has a smile on her face and an incredible work ethic. During her free time, Hansi loves exploring different restaurants and food cultures from around the world. As a massive dog lover, Hansi cannot resist a good doggy hug whenever she can.

With a 7-year journey spanning roles as a Social Media Coordinator, E-Commerce and Customer Service Coordinator, and Production Assistant, Selby brings a unique blend of skills to our administrative hub. Born in Geelong, and raised in Jan Juc, she embodies coastal vibrancy. Selby is a running enthusiast, culinary explorer, and avid shopper. Described as fitness-oriented, a go-getter, and an animal lover, Selby infuses dynamism into our team. Her travel highlights include exploring Europe, with a soft spot for London. Dreaming big, Selby aspires to experience the divine Amalfi Coast and its exquisite cuisine.

With 12 years of experience in graphic design, Jaypee Gopez has crafted impactful visuals across diverse sectors including printing, manufacturing, e-commerce, and digital marketing. His expertise spans logo creation, branding, illustrations, digital marketing materials, videos, and UI design. Originally from Pampanga, Philippines, Jaypee finds joy in playing the drums, exploring music, and immersing himself in cinema.

Jaypee is known for his simplicity, creative prowess, and shy demeanor. He cherishes beach outings, nature camping, and aspires to visit Australia and Canada. Beyond design, Jaypee excels in illustration and finds solace in gardening, distinguishing him with a unique blend of artistic and green thumbs.

Born and raised in Melbourne, Brad Sitlington boasts a rich entrepreneurial history. As the former Managing Director of Box Cart, he mastered the art of creating stunning yet affordable websites and branding. Prior to that, Brad successfully led Barnaby Binks, a travel solutions company.

Beyond business, Brad's passions are diverse — cheering for Essendon FC, globe-trotting adventures, and savoring exceptional coffee. In a zombie apocalypse, his culinary choice would be Middle Eastern cuisine. Described as big-hearted, creative, and friendly, Brad's personable nature shines. Alongside making waves in business development, he adds a global touch to our team, with France as a cherished travel destination and dreams of Tokyo on the horizon.

Linton is one of the longest-serving team members and has been a vital employee for the last 18 years. For the last 15 years, Linton has been servicing our VIC country customers and makes crucial deliveries all over Victoria. When not driving the CPH van, Linton loves being outdoors walking or pottering around the garden.

As the Internal Sales Team Leader at CPH, Kris has been able to showcase his exceptional leadership skills right from the start. With his extensive background in sales, marketing, and management, Kris is a highly regarded member of the team. Having recently relocated to Geelong after studying in Europe, Kris is a devoted family man who has a passion for buying and selling vintage goods. His wealth of experience and enthusiasm make him a valuable asset to the company.

Chloe says that she “really enjoys working at CPH Group because I work with a passionate team, and a fun and rewarding culture. When not giving her all at CPH she loves going to New Zealand and spending time with her sisters both in the North and South Islands, drinking cocktails, and enjoying the company of family & friends.

Geelong native Baxter thrives on providing top-tier support. Off-duty, he tackles footy fields, hits the pavement for runs, and crafts delightful slices and cakes. His heart beats for Italian cuisine—spaghetti meatballs and Gnocchi are his go-tos. Describing himself as positive and enthusiastic, Baxter’s infectious energy enhances our team. For quick getaways, he loves the Great Ocean Road; dream-wise, Texas beckons.

With over a year of experience handling Tier 2 Customer and Technical Support at a BPO company, Larisse expertly manages sensitive concerns. Eager to broaden her horizons, she delved into Digital Skills Marketing at Virtualahan in 2020, mastering Social Media Management, E-Commerce, Graphic Design, and more.

A proud Filipina, Larisse unwinds through cooking, globe-trotting, and indulging in cinematic experiences. In a zombie apocalypse, she'd feast on her favorite—Japanese cuisine. Describing herself as a fur-mom, courageous, and passionate, Larisse adds warmth and determination to our team. Jocie brings a wealth of experience from her roles as Sales Admin Support, Business Analyst, and Power BI Developer. Her career has spanned the BPO, manufacturing, and shared services industries, having contributed to the success of companies like Wipro BPS and Lexmark Research & Development Corp.

Born and raised in Cebu, Philippines, Jocie is known for her friendly, resourceful, and optimistic nature. She enjoys singing, cooking, and watching TV in her free time. Her go-to cuisine is Filipino food, especially Lechon. She dreams of traveling the world with her family, with Japan being her favourite destination so far. With her easy-going personality, she seamlessly fits into our team, ready to support and enhance our operations.

Originating from India, Harry Patel is our go-to CNC and CAD Specialist, ensuring precision in every project. Beyond the technical realm, Harry unwinds through cricket matches, globe-trotting adventures, and dedicated workout sessions. Describing himself as a "problem solver" in three words, Harry thrives on overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions. His favorite travel destination is the serene landscape of Tasmania, while the dreamy allure of the Maldives tops his travel wishlist.

James is the big chilled giant of the warehouse who just gets stuff done! He loves to take his wife and son camping or chill by the beach when not at work. James is also a lover of NRL (must be a warehouse thing) and loves a decent parmy at his local.
